The object of research is the process of controlling the activities of agricultural enterprises. The aim of the thesis is a theoretical and methodological rationale for controlling the activity of agricultural enterprises and the development of practical recommendations for improvements. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the justification of scientific and methodical approach on the implementation of effective control of agricultural enterprises with the use of the instrumental method of network planning, which involves reducing the cost of implementation of control measures by saving time for them to perform. The study was performed using techniques such as dialectical, monographic, Economics and Statistics, expert assessments, economic and mathematical modeling, graphical.
