The object of research is the process of improving the social and economic efficiency of farm land. The aim of the research is the synthesis of the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of proposals for improving the social and economic efficiency of farm land. The following methods were used: abstract-logical, graphical, classified, correlation and regression analysis, discriminant analysis, mathematical modeling. Scientific novelty of the results is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop scientific recommendations for the effective use of farm land. Substantive provisions of the dissertation are finished to level of scientifically-methodical workings out and recommendations for the effective use of farm land. Scope - agricultural enterprises, government, education institutions.
