Balandina I. State management resource saving in the national economy of Ukraine (on the materials of construction industry)

The object of study: the process of governance in resource-saving construction industry in Ukraine. The purpose of the research: theoretical and methodological rationale and practical recommendations regarding government resource conservation in the construction industry of the national economy of Ukraine. Methods: monographic, systems analysis, economic, and correlation and regression analysis, factor analysis. The practical importance is the formation of proposals to improve governance in resource-saving construction industry in Ukraine. Scientific novelty. Improved refinement of things, concepts and socio-economic characteristics of the process of resource, quantitative and qualitative goals of resource, which in contrast to the existing view it as a complex, integrated economic category, which makes it possible to solve the issue of resource conservation management in the construction industry. Thesis results used in the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Joint Stock Company "Trust Zhilstroi - 1", as well as in the educational process of Kharkiv National Academy of Municipal Economy.
