Motsnaya I. Ways of efficiency improvement of railway transport of Ukraine

Object of research – managerial process by uniform system of park of freight cars of a railway transportation of Ukraine and the states-participants CIS. Aim a substantiation of theoretical approaches and conceptual bases concerning improvement of control by park of freight cars for the purpose of increase of overall performance of a railway transportation of Ukraine. Methods: systems approach and the relative economic analysis, formalisation and empirical research, logic modelling, expert assessments, a graphical method, accompanying changes, multifactor forecasting, programming. Scientific novelty: for the first time the conceptual device of the term «the Uniform control system of park of freight cars» is developed and offered; theoretical, methodical and practical bases of building of Uniform control system of park of freight car of a railway transportation are developed; Conceptual principles of increase of efficacy of development of a railway transportation of Ukraine on the basis of the offered model of interaction of competitors are proved; theoretical, methodical, practical approaches of regulation of the rate of a payment for use of freight cars in the conditions of building of Uniform control system of park of freight car are improved. Use sphere in practice of increase of overall performance of a railway transportation of Ukraine.
