Laikova M. The legal regulation of antimonopoly activity in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to researching of problem of the antimonopoly regulation in intercommunication of its legal and organizational aspects. The normative legal principles of the antimonopoly regulation are analyzed. Suggestions to addition and changes to a current antimonopoly legislation are formulated. The system of subjects of the antimonopoly regulation, features there legal status are described. The place of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine in this system, features of its legal status, legal principles of itsactivity are found out. Functions and plenary powers of antimonopoly organs are researched. Foreign experience of the legal regulation of antimonopoly activity are generalized. Basic directions of international cooperation of antimonopoly organs as an important factor of development of the legal regulationof antimonopoly activity in Ukraine are described.
