The dissertation has devoted to investigation of clinical and pathogenetic significance of changes in terms of spectrum electrolyte levels, structural-functional state of bone tissue and fatty acid balance in patients with concurrent course of chronic acalculous cholecystitis and hypertonic disease. It was defined the character of changes in calcium metabolism in patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis and hypertonic disease. It was investigated the state of magnesium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with concurrent course of chronic acalculous cholecystitis and hypertonic disease. It were identified the correlations between the content of macronutrients, which were studying. It was studied the level of indices of fatty acid blood spectrum in patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis and hypertonic disease. It was reviewed a structural-functional state of bone tissue by examining the indices of bone remodeling in patients with concurrent course of chronic acalculous cholecystitis and hypertonic disease. It was proved the features and character of densytometric changes in patients with comorbid pathology - chronic acalculous cholecystitis and hypertonic disease.
