Kravets M. Administrative and legal qualification of violations of customs regulations

The thesis is dedicated to the case study of administrative and legal qualification of violations of customs regulations. In this paper there is formulated the concept of "administrative and legal qualification" and identified its types. There is analyzed the concept of "violation of customs regulations" and their place is found in the structure of administrative delicts. A special attention is given to the definition of basis and prerequisites of qualification. The practical recommendations for improving the jurisdiction activity of the customs authorities in the prosecution of offenders to administrative responsibility are submitted. The suggestions for making changes and additions to the existing administrative and customs legislation are defined.
