Izviekova I. Organizational and economic mechanism of ensuring defect-free production at machine-building enterprises

The candidate's thesis is concerned with development of methodological approaches to improvement of organizational and economic mechanisms of ensuring defect-free production at machine-building enterprises. It analyses and generalises existing theory aspects regarding defect-free production as a factor reducing enterprise's expenses, interrelation of enterprise management functions, use of organizational and economic methods of ensuring defect-free production. The study defines the place of managerial procedures in the structure of management process and elaborates methodological approach to organizing managerial procedures and actions needed to avoid losses due to manufacturing defects. It also refines loss compensation procedures within the motivating system for machine-building workers to manufacture a defect-free product, whereas each individual technological step in manufacturing a part or an assembly unit would be taken into account when reimbursing for a defective product, thus imposing personal accountability for faulty workmanship.
