Essay

Object of research - information retrieval processes in the Internet; objective of work - increase speed of data retrieval processes in the Internet by the means of a new developed multiagent Internet resources optimization technology; methods of research are based on the using - graph theory, formal concept analysis and lattice theory, information theory, combinatorial theory, optimization methods, numerical methods, mathematical programming methods, fuzzy methods; theoretical results: for the first time offered a model of hypertext environment that includes either subjects and objects of data retrieval, that allowed to consider user goals during the hypertext structure optimization; for the first time offered a method for website structure optimization based on semantic data, which differs by ability of operation in conditions of uncertainty about whole network structure, basing only on particular and adjacent to it resources; for the first time offered a model of user behavior in hypertext that's based on web system entropy evaluation with a set of users, that allowed to define an user utility function and find out user goals; for the first time developed multiagent information technology for hypertext systems, which, unlike existing, uses intellectual agents that for performing optimization use method based on semantic data, hypertext environment model and user behavior model in hypertext. Practical results - developed algorithm for user goal identification and based on it algorithm of hypertext structure optimization; developed algorithm for hypertext structure optimization based on semantic data; developed multiagent optimization methodology of hypertext systems semantic structure; developed operation and coordination algorithms of intellectual agents for hypertext structure optimization; developed "Multiagent hypertext optimization system" software for hypertext structure optimization. Degree of application - main results are introduced on Kamtech (Norway, Oslo); "Aricent Ukraine" LLC (Ukraine, Vinnytsia); Basin management of water resources of river Southern Bug (Ukraine, Vinnytsia); into the educational process of Vinnytsia National Technical University. Scope (branch) of use - information technologies of Internet resources optimization
