Essay

The work was based on the results of clinical and anamnestic, clinical, psychopathological, psychodiagnostic and socio-demographic studies 110 patients with post-stroke depression in the recovery period of the disease. In the course of the structure studied clinical and clinical-psychopathological content depressive disorders in patients after stroke, identified specific psychosocial and psychological features characteristic of this group of patients, evidence-based principles of the treatment of patients with depressive disorders arising after suffering a brain stroke. Based on these results it was designed and implemented an action specialized psychiatric care to patients with post-stroke depression, which contain a combination of psychological / psycho and psyhofarmakoterapevtychnoyi components that differ in scope and content, depending on the stage of treatment. The system consists of three successive stages: active, stabilizing and supportive therapy, the contents of which are connected psyhopharmacotherapy and psychotherapy impacts are based on rational, cognitive-behavioral therapy and art-therapy, which proved the effectiveness of the annual study of the dynamics of clinical remission and changes in quality of life and social functioning of patients.
