Aim - improvement of theoretical provisions and development of practical recommendations to the creation and functioning of border region logistical system. Further developed: functional and organizational structure of transport and logistical border region center by means of considering it as a separate engineering company element; classification of factors, which build transport and logistical border region center; efficiency estimation method of transport and logistical border region center.
