Object of study – the finance health care of Ukraine. Purpose of the research – systematization of theoretical principles, summarizing the current practices of financial management of health care to make recommendations for its improvement. Methods – comparison, grouping, conceptual analysis, indexation method, normative forecast method, multivariate analysis, economic and mathematical modelling. Results – the theoretical position, financial management practices investigated health recommendations for its improvement. Novelty – theoretical models of financial management principles of health and proposed interpretation of the term "financial management of health care", systematized methods of financial management of health care; amended classification of medical services for the economic content and proposed the definition of "finance health care"; got further development of the principles of financial management of health care, the concept of financial management reform health care. Introduced in the activities of the General financial management of Ternopil Regional State Administration, General Office of the State Treasury of Ukraine in Ternopil Region, Department of Health Ternopil Regional State Administration, the learning process of the Ternopil National Economic University.
