Grigorova-Berenda L. Assessment and diagnostics of foreign economic security of Ukraine

The object of research is process of ensuring foreign economic security of Ukraine. The purpose of research is theoretical basis and develop guidelines for the assessment and diagnosis of foreign economic security of Ukraine. Methods of research are systems analysis, logical framework approach, system approach, the correlation trend model, the method of time series; deterministic model. Methodical approach to the integrated assessment of foreign economic security of the country that bases on trade, finance, investment, banking and currency structural components and provides an opportunity to identify priority areas for its improvement; methodological support of foreign economic security system diagnostics that bases on the monitoring technology with simultaneous use of statistical techniques and determinant factor analysis; mechanism of state regulation and support of foreign trade that determines systematization of the goals and objectives in this sphera at all levels of the hierarchy and provides export growth are got futher development. Methodical aspects by definition, eliminate and prevent external threats to security, the difference of which is to justification set of relevant measures of leveling on the basis of objective consideration of the dynamics, structure, and the current level of development state security, the essence of the concept of "foreign security" as the state's ability to withstand external threats,adapt and implement their economic interests in the domestic and foreign markets. Research results are used in the activities of the Main Department of Economy of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (certificate № 58/1 from16.09 2010). and in the educational process of the Kharkov National University (certificate № 4002/36 from 13.09.2012).
