The essence of banking services' competitiveness and its management is defined in the dissertation; the main principles of systemic approach to its management are stated; scientific and methodical approach to typing of bank competitors is proposed; methodical instruments of competitiveness management for legal entities (by price level and related costs) and for individuals (based on the method of weighted digraphs - with financial resources' budget constraints and the matrix of price guides - with no restrictions) are improved; the application mechanism of multidimensional utility function of banking services for individuals is proposed aimed to assess their competitiveness level.
