Object - properties of troposphere refraction. Aim - development of remote sensing of properties of troposphere refraction with the help of interferential method using radiosignals of geostationary satellite. Methods - geometrical optic; numerical simulation Monte-Carlo, mathematical statistics. Results - interferential method of measurement of effective gradient of troposphere refraction coefficient is developed; influence characteristics of multipath propagation, troposphere refraction coefficient etc. upon operation of radiointerferometer are obtained; statistical characteristics of seasonal variations of effective gradient of troposphere refraction coefficient are obtained. Implementation - in scientific research of National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aerospace Institute" and Usikov Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics National Academy of Science of Ukraine. Application - diagnostics and prediction of radiowave propagation condition
