Essay

It is proved that subjection to disciplinary action must be supported by exclusively written document, and a subject of disciplinary power must provide with the copy the person brought to responsibility. The decision shall for information about him is announced personally or at the meeting. Legal means of disciplinary power may be used by only the chiefs of law enforcement organs who are responsible for disciplinary power and have the right to make legal acts and orders. Thus those chiefs, who do not have the right to make or sign orders, they have no possibility for legal impact on the discipline of their subordinates.
