Chebotarov E. Somatized depressive disorders (clinical features, diagnostics, treatment)

Based on clinical, immunological and biochemical investigation of 167 patients with somatized depressive disorders we detected clinical features of clinical course depending on the character of pathological process. We have found and analyzed immunological and biochemical disorders in patients with somatized depressive disorders in acute phase of disease and established the link between those disorders and intensity of clinical symptoms of this disease. We investigated the influence of contemporary immunoactive and antioxidant preparations on clinical, immunological and biochemical characteristics of somatized depressive disorders with different types of clinical course and developed new approach to treatment of these disorders taking into account our findings.
