Essay

A research object is processes, what be going on at mechanical activation suspensions of portlandcementa with organo-mineral addition and property of hardenings compos; a purpose is an increase of efficiency of the use of ordinary portlandcementa in the high-strength concrete due to his mechanical activation and modifications by organo-mineral addition; methods - the standard methods of experimental researches were in-process used, for the reflection of structure, new formations of cement stone the methods of physical and chemical analysis were used - differential-thermal, rentgenofazovyy and microscopic; treatment of results of experiment was conducted with the use of methods of mathematical statistics; optimization of compositions of organo-mineral addition and concretes on mechanical activation astringent conducted with the use of mathematical models; results - the modes of the speed mixing of suspensions of portlandcementa are optimized with organo-mineral addition, providing the maximal decline of their effective viscidity; optimum maintenance of organo-mineral addition, providing the receipt of the high-strength concrete on an ordinary mechanical activation portlandcemente, is set; compositions of the high-strength concrete (45.105MPa) are developed on mekhanoaktivirovannom astringent with organo-mineral addition; the compounding-technological factors of receipt of the high-strength concrete are optimized on mekhanoaktivirovannom astringent with organo-mineral addition and tekhniko-ekonomicheskaya efficiency of the developed compositions of the high-strength concrete is certain; novelty - the optimum modes of activating of cementosoderzhaschikh suspensions are set with organo-mineral addition, providing maximum-possible destruction of initial structure of the system; the synergetics effect of decline of viscidity of cementosoderzhaschikh suspensions is exposed with addition of mikrokremnezema at the joint affecting it of the speed mixing and superplasticizer of С-3; legitimacy of the offered conception of increase of durability of concrete is well-proven due to mechanical activation portlandcementa, modified organo-mineral addition; the quantitative values of organo-mineral addition, providing the receipt of the high-strength concrete of class of С35/45…С90/105 on mechanical activation astringent; it is inculcated are results robots are realized in the conditions of experimental-industrial production; in an educational process.
