The object of research - multicomponent dry mix (MDM) for plastering; goal - improvement of technological and operational properties of the plaster dry mixes of tracks through the sustainable use of their fillers and polymer modifiers; methods - a rotational viscosimetry, standard and special methods for assessing the quality of plaster , the optimal design of experiments for experimental and statistical models (ES models) multicomponent compound on and properties of MDM, the computational experiments in the fields of flow and performance characteristics; results - obtained the viscosity of cement compositions with additives and fillers in a range of shear velocity gradient, which correspond and the conditions for the application of plaster mixtures, multivariate ES model that describe the effect of factors on the rheological properties and performance solutions; compositions polymer-cement-lime compositions meeting the multi-criteria technological and operational requirements for materials for plastering work at reduced pearlite content by replacing his part with crushed limestone filler; introduced - with the release of dry mixes low cost.
