Object of study: economic relations, which formed the mechanisms of economic regulation of the agricultural enterprises. Objective: To develop theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations on mechanisms of economic regulation of the agricultural enterprises, and study ways of further development. Methods: dialectical method of cognition, systematic approach, abstract logic, monographic, statistical and economic, graphical, correlation and regression analysis, settlement and constructive. Scientific novelty: the first time the scientific approach to the construction of a mechanism to improve lease relations, forecasting market transactions from the sale and lease of land shares (shares) of private farms, improved understanding of the mechanisms of economic regulation of the farm, were further developed methodological approaches to the formation of structural units agricultural enterprises, scientific and applied principles of lease relations, methodological tools forming productive types of agricultural enterprises.
