Essay

The dissertation devoted to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with fractures and traumatic osteomyelitis of the mandible. Found that the inclusion of the antioxidant (еrbisol) in the complex treatment of patients with mandibular fractures reduce risk of traumatic osteomyelitis in 10.1%. Suggested by the author comprehensive treatment of patients with traumatic osteomyelitis of the mandible, including intra-operative bone defect filling osteoplastic materials doped with silver, followed by the appointment of postoperative еrbisol led to an earlier restoration of blood lipid parameters and oral fluid to a more rapid inhibition of local inflammatory reactions, to reduce the number of local complications and recurrent disease.
