The essence, types and methods of the competition positioning of enterprise are determined. The genesis of development of strategic management of enterprises is investigational. The role of competence of enterprise as a source of its competitive advantages is identified. The essence of competence of enterprise and possibility of its use in the competition positioning of enterprise are certain. The methods of evaluation of competitive advantages of enterprise and the sequence of their evaluation are analyzed. The directions and tools of analysis of competence of enterprise in the competition positioning of enterprise is determined. The fundamental approach to competition positioning of enterprise on principles of competence's approach is formed. The methods of using of competence's approach to competition strategy of enterprise are forming. The approach to forming of financial competence of enterprise is given.
