Object: Processes of interaction supersonic high-temperature gas streams with objects made of aluminum alloys. Objective: To improve the efficiency of the cutting at the utilizing fragmentation of aircraft structures by unhardening. Methods: Complex using basic dependency theory of strength, heat transfer theory, theory of rocket engines and similarity theory. Results: Recommendations for a new method of utilizing fragmentation of aluminum constructions, predict the behavior of such constructions when exposed to gas jets, characterization thermo-gasjet plants. Novelty: For the first time experimentally determined and theoretical foundation method for cutting aluminum material by unhardening action of high-temperature supersonic gas jet, and the existence of different physical processes in materials at this. Proposed a new option for the equipment. Complemented of classification methods thermal cutting. Improved empirical dependence of the linear speed cutting by unhardening. A method for determining the main characteristics of cutting by unhardening was propose. Industry: aviation and rocket science.
