Koshul'ko V. The study of constructional and technological parameters of separating machine with vibroshock force

In dissertation work the important scientific task which is directed on increase of efficiency of process of vibroshock separation of grain of oats after a peeling and decrease in the general expenses on production of oat groats, development of a design and justification, constructive and technological parameters of the separating car of vibroshock action is solved. On the basis of the conducted theoretical and pilot researches reasonably rational parameters of the separating car of vibroshock action (paddi-car) also are recommended. The modernized option of the car provides efficiency of process of vibroshock separation at the level of 97% with observance of the established indicators of quality of the final product which promotes receiving oat groats which meets modern requirements of quality and the price. As a result of the carried-out economic calculations, overall performance of the separating car of vibroshock action of modernized option is proved.
