Essay

In this work with the purpose of improvement of diagnostic criteria for neurasthenia, somatoform, anxiety-phobic and dissociative disorders the features of structure of mental trauma factors in patients with various forms of neurotic pathology were determined, and their influence on clinical-psychopathological and pathopsychologicalconformities of these disorders forming were revealed. On the basis of complex research the interrelations between basic factors of mental trauma and leading psychopathological syndromes in various forms of neurotic pathology were determined, the features of personal realization in valued-semantic and behavioral spheres for patients depending on type of mental trauma were analysed. We selected specific areas of conflicts for patients with various neurotic disorders, which are determined by features of the individual value system and copingstrategies in conflict situations as well as expressiveness of interpersonal necessities and presence of social frustration factors. The mechanisms of forming of neurasthenia, somatoform, anxiety-phobic and dissociative disorders were scientifically grounded by results of complex study of specific factors of mental trauma in various forms of neurotic pathology and new diagnostic criteria for these disorders were developed.
