Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of morphofunctional state of the right ventricle of the heart and the factors that influence its function - heart rate variability, indices of sympathoadrenal and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system to improve methods of preventing the progression of heart failure in children with pathology of the myocardium. The earliest signs of the formation of right ventricular dysfunction in children with myocardial pathology is increasing end-systolic size and volume on the background of increased activity of the sympathoadrenal and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. At the dispensary observation of children with pathology of infarction, especially at lower exercise tolerance, the necessity of the study of morphofunctional parameters of the right ventricle of the heart in parallel with the determination of the parameters of the left.Based on the developed regression model prediction cardiac dysfunction right ventricle in children with PM isolated individuals with unfavorable course in need of preventive measures.
