The thesis has devoted to develop the analytic and numerical-analytic methods for solving the plane elastic problems for non-uniform anisotropic plane with the rectilinear conjunction's line in the presence of interface or internal defects like cracks and inclusions. Had found the relations for stress intensity factors, inclusion's angular deflection, contact zones and bending moment from anisotropic materials and disposition of the defects.
