Paschenko O. Strategical management of the dairy-reprocessing enterprises development

The dissertation is dedicated to extend the theoretical and methodical bases of the strategical management of the dairy-reprocessing enterprises development. The analysis of the dairy-reprocessing branch of the food industry in Zhytomyrska oblast has been conducted; the main problems of its functioning under the conditions of the eurointegration process intensification are clarified. The assessment of the activity's effectiveness of the enterprises under investigation, the probability of their bankruptcy are effectuated.It is suggested when choosing the strategies of the dairy-reprocessing enterprises development to take into account the assessment results of its development stability and intensity. The methods of assessment of the development stability and intensity are improved. It is suggested to use the algorithm of the index calculation of the development stability of the enterprise's potential components by the calculation of the total index of the enterprise development stability as a whole. The matrix of the strategic choosing of the enterprises developmental strategies on the basic of the indicated indices is worked out. The strategies of the development of the enterprises under investigation are recommended.
