Ptitsyna L. Providing of the management system of the enterprises in bakery industry with the informational support

The thesis is devoted to the study of the theoretical statements and making of some practical recommendations for the providing of the management system of enterprises in bakery industry with the information support. As a result of studies, some theoretical principles and practical guidelines for the providing of the management system of enterprises in bakery industry with the information support were made. Conceptual approaches for the determination of the nature and features of the providing of the enterprise management system with the information support were specified. Data requirements and the requirements for the information support of the management decision making for the enterprises in baking industry were classified and the feasibility of their implementation in the process of management decision making was substantiated. Main principles of rational organization of flow of the documents for the enterprise were formed. The information support for the baking industry enterprises of Ukraine was evaluated and the level of influence of the internal and external factors on the status of the management system was determined. Methodical approach for the building of a descriptive model of the information support for the management of the bakery industry enterprises was suggested. Practical recommendations for the adaptation of the balanced scorecard by modelling of its functioning for industry-based features of the bakery industry enterprise were improved. The methodical approach for setting quality scorecard as strategic and informational components of information support was proposed. Main estimate criteria about the economic effect assess of the proposed measures establishing for the improving of the information support in management system was formed.
