Essay

The dissertation is devoted to efficiency preorthodontical treatment in children living in ecologically unfavorable conditions based on the development of pharmacological therapy effects of heavy metals on the bone basis of jaws. The studying of dentoalveolar anomalies prevalence in children living in adverse environmental conditions was made. Studied in experimental conditions the influence of heavy metal salts on bone metabolism. Possibility in the clinical setting to prevent the negative influence of heavy metal salts using the "Kaltsemin" according to scheme. The efficiency preorthodontical treatment of children living in adverse environmental conditions was studied, and proved its usefulness.
