Amosova V. Complex therapy of the microcircular dysfunction in gingival of chonic catarrhal gingivitis of the workers, which work by an expeditionary-watch method in the extreme terms of North.

The dissertation is sanctified to the study of microscopic and ultrastructure changes of vessels of microcirculation of gingival at chronic catarrhal gingivitis for the workers of oil and gas industry of "Urengoygasprom", which work by an expeditionary-watch method in the extreme terms of North. The conducted morphological researches of gums at chronic catarrhal gingivitis allowed to educe the expressed structural changes of component all of the tools of connecting fabric and vessels of microcirculation. Also noted violation of development scray - adaptation mechanisms, sent to the increase of intensity of transcapillary exchange at this pathology. The workers of expeditionary-watch labour have the set features of clinical motion of chronic catarrhal gingivitis in the extreme terms of North. Investigational, that one of etiologic factors of development of this pathology there is violation of region hemodynamics and microcirculation, and also factors of industrial environment, labour process (borings works), extreme climatic terms of "Urengoygasprom". The results of clinical researches testify in the nearest and remote terms, that the use of composition of "Diocincohim" and to pasture on her basis in complex therapy of chronic catarrhal gingivitis of workers of expeditionary-watch labour of "Urengoygasprom" assisted the correction of microcirculation violations in gums, and also liquidation of inflammatory process in them.
