The present work is a complex survey which conducts evaluation of application of intraoperative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemoperfusion (HIPEC) in combined treatment of chemoresistant ovarian cancer with peritoneal carcinomatosis. On the basis of obtained data the patterns of combined treatment for patients with chemoresistant recurrent ovarian cancer with the use HIPEC were developed.
