The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific theoretical and methodological foundations of competitive ability and economical efficiency in the production of oil plants by agricultural enterprises. Conceptual approach to the forming of the development strategy at oil plant production enterprises is worked up. The economical efficiency increase at oil plants production by means of its optimization model development is offered. The mechanism of competitive ability improvement efficiency in the production of oil plants at agricultural enterprises by the administrative activity perfection is developed.
