Baryshevska I. Strategic management of the regional agricultural enterprises development

The object of research: the strategic management of the development of agricultural enterprises in the region; theoretical and methodological foundations of scientific study, development of practical recommendations for establishing the strategic development management of agricultural enterprises as a prerequisite for improving their competitiveness in the long term. Methods of the research: abstract and logical, method of bibliography, analysis and synthesis, clustering, modeling, correlation and regression, method of comparisons. Theoretical and practical results: the methodological tools to identify the type of farms are worked out; the scheme of strategy formation and methodological approaches implementation is developed; the methodical approaches to the choice of different agricultural enterprises' development and the corresponding organizational and economic mechanisms for implementation are analyzed; the methodological aspects of assessing by the SWOT-analysis strategy of the agricultural enterprises, their correspondence, opportunities and strengths. The novelty of the research: methodological tools to identify the type of agricultural enterprises are grounded and verified. It is based on the dynamics of indices and their value in such resource and performance indicators as land resources, labor resources and the main means of production, gross and gross profit. The level of implementation: the results are accepted for use by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Department of Agricultural Development of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration, Mykolayiv State Agrarian University, Agricultural Joint-Stock Company "Kolos" in Ochakiv district of Mykolayiv region.
