Object: The process of investment activity of enterprises of consumer cooperatives. Objective: to develop theoretical propositions, scientific and methodological approaches, practical recommendations for forming the mechanism of investment business activities of consumer cooperatives. Methods: statistical analysis, evaluation of the dynamics of financial-economic indicators, systems analysis, scientific abstraction, economic-mathematical modeling and programming, process modeling, abstract and logical. It is offered: first: the mechanism of investment business activities of consumer cooperatives, the essence of which is to determine the order content and relationship processes, study areas of investment, investment needs assessment, forecasting the effects of investment companies, financial, organizational support and information resources makes it possible to increase the validity of the decision making in the management activities of investment firms and consumer cooperatives to increase the effectiveness of planning their investments; it is improved: a methodical approach to formation of investment business activities of consumer cooperation, scientific and methodical approach to study areas of investment companies consumer cooperatives; optimization model of project selection; gathered subsequent development: the scientific and methodical approach to financial security mechanism of investment activity, based on reflexive governance encouraging investors information model of investment business activities of consumer cooperatives developed based on the standard modeling IDEF0; scientific and methodical approach to formation mechanism of organizational support investment activity of enterprises of consumer cooperatives by regulating the cooperation of personnel of various departments and the creation of centers of investment.
