Essay

Propose the new approach to the formation of hybrid systems based on porous silicon, in which the synthesis of the polymer component is directly in micro- and nanopores semiconductor. It is revealed that the interaction of components in such systems has the character of weak polymer-semiconductor covalent bonds. Proposed models of photocarrier transfer in porous media, analysis which showed that the photoconductivity goes down with increasing the radius of pores and decreasing the distance between them. The influence of a gas on photoluminescence spectra, conductivity and capacity of hybrid composites is observed.
