Object of study: primary open-angle glaucoma. Purpose: to increase the efficacy of monitoring and treatment of patients with ischemic optic neuropathy as a sign of primary chronic ocular ischemic syndrome by desire of method of improving ocular microcirculation using of local hypotensive therapy in complex treatment. Methods: ophthalmological, computer perimetry, reoophthalmography and ophthalmosphigmography, dopplerography; automated spheroperymeter, reographer, ocular tonographer, ultrasonic imaging device. There were determined haemodynamic criteria for the disease's early diagnosis. It has been expanded scientific knowledge about the local hypotensive therapy influence on eye's hemodynamic in patients with chronic ischemic optic neuropathy. It has been established that eye blood supply improving using local hypotensive medicines due to decreased peripheral resistance intraocular vessels. The method of eye hemodynamics improving was worked out on the basis of application in local hypotensive therapy's complex treatment. It was shown that a full agonist FP-receptors improves eye microcirculation in patients with this pathology. The results of the study are implemented in 7 medical ?????? of Ukraine. Sphere of application - medicine, ophthalmology.
