Dolga G. Property taxation in Ukraine: the fiscal efficiency of the collection and the method of the management.

The thesis is devoted to study the theoretical and practical aspects of the property taxation ways improvement. The evolution of the property taxation has been studied, the analysis of the essence of property taxation has been done and the methodical approaches of the management have been generalized. The current situation and tendencies of the property taxation has been analyzed, the estimation of the property taxes payment has carried out, the dynamics of tax debt of the property taxes collection has been researched. The system of planning and control of the payments also has been studied.
