Thesis devises organizational and cluster approach for the development of the enterprises of rural green tourism, bases the structure of their cluster cooperation through the synergy modeling. The scientific-theoretical approaches to the understanding and interpreting of the touristic activity in the rural areas have been researched. The essence of the rural green tourism has been expanded. The factors that determine the development of rural tourism in the Crimea Autonomic Republic have been analyzed and the estimation of the available resource base has been done.
