This investigation about modern ceramic and cement materials based on hydroxyapatite, which used for plastics of bone defects. We investigated the stoichiometry of cement and ceramic composite hydroxyapatite osteoplastic materials in artificial plasma in experiments on solubility in vitro. Based on biochemical studies in animals model the concentration of serum markers defining the basic substance and bone during implantation of calcium phosphate cement, biological and synthetic ceramic osteoapatite we found their effects on bone metabolism. With dynamic biomechanical studies, the indexes compression resistance of metadiaphysal zone of tibia depending on the used osteoplastic material: calcium phosphate cement, biological and synthetic ceramic osteoapatite. As a result we evaluated hystomorphological studies of the effect of implantation defect in the proximal tibia metadiaphysis calcium phosphate cement, biological and synthetic ceramic osteoapatytis the surrounding bone, bone narrowing, cyst developing function of periosteum and endoosteum, formation and reconstruction of bone and apatite regeneration. The comparative quantitative assessment of biodegradation biological osteoplastic, synthetic ceramic and cement composite materials hydroxyapatite after replacing loose defect of metadiaphysis proximal tibia in animals in the dynamics. We performed comparative study of osteoplastic properties of biological and synthetic hydroxyapatite ceramic composites with calcium phosphate cement composite.
