Dissertation work is sanctified to the improvement of results of treatment of patients with the consequences of the complicated trauma of backbone and trophic disorders, by development of the system of restoration treatment. The results of surgical treatment are analysis 204 patients with trophic disorders. The patients of sex of men of ? 169(82,8%) prevailed, middle age 38,5±11,8. Retrospectively identified the basic tactical and technical errors in the process of surgical treatment and suggested ways of its prevention and correction. Includes clinical, laboratory, instrumental and radiation characteristics of trophic disturbances, depending on the clinical forms, stages and phases of wound process on the basis of the received data has developed a diagnostic and treatment algorithm program of comprehensive preoperative preparation with application of balneological resort factors, preparation of nano-silver. By laser Doppler study of Microcirculation of tissues is aimed at around trophic disorders, defined threshold levels of indicators of Microcirculation, thus the predictive efficacy of 87.8% ± 4.6% forecast the occurrence of postoperative complications. Improved technology of reconstructive surgeries using musculocutaneous flaps for plastic materials of wound defect localization, a technique of balloon across dermotenzii. Developed and clinically tested algorithm for choosing surgical treatment: the volume to be bone resection technique and method of plastic closure of wound defect reduced the number of tactical and technical errors, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. The introduction of regenerative treatment reduced the treatment time for this category of patients in 2 times, improve patient outcomes and quality of life of the patients.
