Object of research - fine-grained fibrous concretes, modified by plasticizing and accelerating additives, and also a filler, for the airfield coverings made in hot and dry conditions of Iraq, the purpose - development of fine-grained fibrous concretes for airfield coverings modified by softener and the accelerator of curing with the improved technological and physic- mechanical properties for use in hot and dry conditions of Iraq, methods - physic-mechanical properties of the modified concrete and fibrous concretes were defined according to existing standards on the certified equipment. Pilot studies are executed according to the optimum 5 factorial plan. Creation of nonlinear experimental and statistical (ES) models was carried out with use of specialized system COMPEX. Techniques of mechanics of destructions were applied to the analysis of crack resistance of concrete, the derivatografic analysis, the analysis of technological damage of concrete and search of optimum structures of the modified composites in the received ES-models, results - there are developed structures of fine-grained fibrous concretes for hot and dry conditions of the concreting having raised levels of durability, crash-worthiness, crack resistance and frost resistance, and also a low abrasion; it is established that introduction of a microfine filler in composition of concrete allows to increase crash-worthiness and crack resistance of a composite at preservation of its indicators of durability; the Regulations on technology of preparation of the modified concrete and fibrous concretes are developed for coverings of airfields; novelty - new results of researches of concrete and fibrous concretes for airfield coverings are received, the complex of the five-factorial ES-models describing influence of amount of cement, softener, the accelerator of curing, a filler and a fiber on technological and physic-mechanical properties of concrete is constructed; influence of modifiers and curing conditions on structure of concrete and fibrous concretes airfield coverings is investigated; it is introduced - results of work are realized in the conditions of trial production; in educational process.
