Essay

The object of researches is heavy concrete modified by additions for making of monolithic building constructions. An aim of work is an increase of technological efficiency of concretes for monolithic house-building by the rational modification of their structure and properties by additions of complex action. Methods - standard and physicochemical, optimal planning of experiments. The results consists in development of new criteria of express estimation of additions for monolithic concrete; polyparametrical planning of composition of concrete and additions taking into account the technological and climatic terms of building; construction of criteria of heterogeneity of concrete properties in elements; estimation of influence of parameters of concrete composition at the authenticity of ultrasonic control. A scientific novelty is possessed by the criteria of estimation of additions for a monolithic concrete at the basis of kinetic dependences of plastic durability of cement pastes; compositions of complex addition taking into account the temperature of hardening of concrete from -10 to 40оС, quantitative estimation of influence of composition at the criterion of heterogeneity of the fields of concrete properties; kwalimetric criterion of estimation of additions. The designed compositions are realized at erection of dwelling-houses. A technical-economic and social effect is to improve the technology of monolithic house-building due to the use of concretes with the enhanced parameters of quality and homogeneity in construction.
