Central and peripheral components of the aspectual systems in the compared languages are outlined, peculiarities of iterative multiplication are defined, comparative characteristics of the peculiarities of multiple act semantics representation at the lexical, word-building and syntactic levels in contemporary German and Ukrainian is presented, the valent potential of iterative predicates in the compared languages is revealed, the comparative analysis of principal structural types of sentences with predicative syntaxemes with iterative semantics in German and Ukrainian is carried out.
