Terlyha V. Light-weight dry oil-well mixes with modifying additives for borehole cementation

The thesis covers the concerns of development of the light-weight dry oil-well materials, modified by chemical additives, for cementation of the oil- and gas- deposit boreholes with abnormally low stratum pressure and producing the systems with desired properties. Influence of different mineral additives on mix properties was investigated. Optimal content of additives in light-weight oil-well cements was established by the method of mathematical planning an experiment. The peculiarity of the structure formation of such systems at high temperatures was determined. The interaction of the different chemical additives intended to improve the processing characteristics of oil-well mixtures was defined. Commercial introduction of the developed materials was implemented and the economic efficiency was estimated.
