The object is of research is the management of economic development enterprises. The aim of the work is to develop the theoretical positions and methodological and practical recommendations for application of analytical tools in management of economic development of the industrial enterprises The author has used the methods of systematization, generalization, expert judgments, empirical study, questionnaire data processing, systemic approach, economic-mathematical modeling, group comparison, factor, morphological, statistical and comparative analysis The theoretical significance is reflected in clarifying categorical apparatus in the field of industrial development (the concept of "development", "development of management"), and to distinguish the difference between "management" and "management of development", systematize and addition classifications management tools of development enterprises.
