The processes of industrial enterprises restructuring is the research object. Theoretical and applied principles of economic evaluation and results of restructuring measures reasoning in the process of structural transformations of industrial enterprises are the research subject. The development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations for improvement of economic evaluation and restructuring measures of industrial enterprises is the research aim. The research methods are: working out in detail and synthesis, grouping, structurally logical, grouping and economic analysis, expert estimation, comparison, economic-mathematical modeling, index method, cross-correlation regressive analysis method, graphic and tabular reflection method. The complex method of economic evaluation of results of restructuring of industrial enterprises is firstly developed for application on the stages of optimum restructuring measures choice and evaluation of economic consequences of the conducted structural transformations. The process of enterprises restructuring is improved by a selection logically successive stages, recommendation for the choice of methods of economic evaluation of industrial enterprises restructuring results. The notions and categories apparatus in the sphere of organizational changes on enterprises has been developed, namely: the interpretation of term "restructuring", "reorganization", and "reengineering" have been specified and this allowed to develop theoretical principles of enterprises organizational transformations, types of restructuring and effects of its realization classification, methodical positions for econometric models usage while economic evaluation and restructuring measures reasoning. The research results have been embedded in machine-building enterprises and academic process. The machine-building enterprises are the sphere of usage of author's proposals.
