Object of research: the management costs of innovation processes engineering companies. The aim of dissertation is to substantiate the theoretical claims, to work out theoretical and practical recommendations for controlling the cost of innovation processes engineering companies. The methods of research: the logic synthesis, the analysis and the synthesis, the dialectical method, the statistical analysis, the relative values, correlation and regression analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, the graphical method. A cost optimization model of the stages of the innovation process for building enterprise has been worked out. The method of approaches to control the cost of innovation processes and classification of costs have been perfected. The scorecard analysis expenses, the mechanism of evaluating the effectiveness of spending on innovation processes and accounting costs of innovation processes have been further developed and introduced in the learning process and engineering activities of enterprises. Scope is expenditure management on innovative processes of enterprises.
