The object of study is the evaluation process of economic and development cooperation in the "enterprise - transfer technology office". The aim of the work is in the development of theoretical positions and justify methods and application guidelines for economic evaluation and development of cooperation in the "enterprise - transfer technology office". The author used the following methods: a comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, systematic approach, statistical analysis, abstraction, formalization and economic-mathematical modeling of structural and logical analysis.
