Object of the study is processes of the regulation to branch concentration credit risk bank. Objective of study is motivation scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendation on regulation of the branch concentration credit risk bank and development on this base of the offers on diversification’s of the credit briefcase of the bank with account of the branch factor. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, inductions and deductions, quantitative analysis financial-economic factors, economic and mathematical modelling. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific positions, defining conceptual bases of the regulation to branch concentration credit risk bank; recommendations on improvement of the regulation to branch concentration credit risk bank. Novelty is the most further development theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions, which define way of the improvement of the regulation to branch concentration credit risk bank.
